☀️ I felt dizzy this last Wednesday and fell, losing consciousness but after a check up, no major injury was found. 🙌
☀️I bought some new books
☀️I acquired 3 free amazing books
☀️Spent few days with a friend and daughter. We went to the movies

LiseWorks Oh no, did they tell you why you were dizzy in the first place? I'm glad there were no injuries 2mo

Gissy @LiseWorks A syncope but the tests came ok even the CT in the emergency room they discarded anything cardiac or neurological. I have to send everything to my cardiologist just in case because I was supposed to have my stress test next month. I don‘t know if he wants to do it sooner. In my opinion maybe could be a couple of reasons: dehydration, I started to do exercises and the day before it was hot, I was tired and I admit didn‘t eat well⬇️ 2mo

Gissy (Cont.) They said maybe I woke up too fast from bed🤷🏽‍♀️there is a name but forgot it😂I used to get dizzy even when I swim. I‘m still not a 💯% well. The bump in my forehead is still remembering me is there, it hurts a little bit. I‘m drinking a lot of water, trying to rest which is not easy with a daughter with diverse dysfunction. Maybe was also the presence of stress but I work pretty well with stress I use techniques but you never know. 2mo

Amiable The getting up too quickly in bed —did they say it might be positional vertigo? I have that —it can be horrible. 😖 Take care of yourself as best as you can! 🩵 2mo

dabbe Do you think you might have vertigo? I have it, and dizziness is the classic symptom. I've had to train myself to move the head slowly no matter what the activity. Rest, hydrate, and relax! Hope you feel better soon. 💙🩵💙 2mo

AmyG Oh wow, glad to read you are ok. Dehydration can be a huge issue where I live-high altitude. I fainted once from it and luckily was ok. Hope you remain well. 2mo

mabell Oh my Gisela!!! I‘m glad it was no worse! That sounds like a scary situation, and I hope you are able to rest and recover! 2mo

CSeydel I‘m so glad you are ok! This happened to me once several years ago - I managed to break my ankle falling - but they couldn‘t find anything wrong either and decided it must have been dehydration. Now anytime I feel dizzy I sit down and have a glass of water. 2mo

Gissy @mabell Thank you! I‘m still in the recovery mood. I feel better but not 💯 % but I‘m drinking water and planning to do some low impact exercises next week like walking. 🤗 2mo

tpixie @Gissy I‘m so glad you weren‘t injured to badly. Yes! Keep hydrated and when you change positions from lying to sitting to standing, wait a minute before you get up or start moving so your blood pressure can readjust. 🩷🩷🩷 ( Positional syncope, also known as orthostatic syncope/ hypotension) (edited) 2mo

Gissy @tpixie I‘m doing that now. I try to remember all those steps before get up from bed. I don‘t want to experience that terrible sensation😳. I‘m still experiencing some headaches but maybe is for the same reason…hot weather. I‘m conscious to drink water. Sometimes weather feels so hot 🥵 because humidity is high and sometimes Saharan dust is present. Thank you for the recommendation 🥰 2mo

tpixie @Gissy yes humidity is really hard and I bet it is really tough there where you live. I‘m out camping and fishing this long weekend and did not drink as well as I should‘ve yesterday and your post reminded me I need to do better. 2mo
