#NationalGrammarDay is observed in the United States on March 4. Designated in 2008, the National Grammar Day was established by Martha Brockenbrough, author of "Things That Make Us [Sic]" and founder of the Society for the Promotion of Good Grammar. #TheMoreYouKnow ???????

Happy #NationalGrammarDay! I think all of us on Litsy appreciate the use of good grammar! (And if you're too young to get this reference, ask your parents. 😂)

Happy #NationalGrammarDay! Grammar lessons: best served with a side of casual misandry. 😉

I fully expect my feed to be full up of your best/worst grammar jokes today, Litsy. Do your worst. 🤓

BookishFeminist cc: @Yamich49 for our mutual love of casual misandry 7y
Sue I love the use of 'by zombies' to identify passive voice. For example 'The hiker was murdered' is passive voice, which you can identify as you can change it to 'The hiker was murdered by zombies' and it makes sense. 7y
