Nothing brightens my day like Sherman's Lagoon. I've got such a great collection of comic books I'd forgotten about until today's #octphotochallenge, #comicmangagraphicnovel. I've got pretty much complete sets of Calvin and Hobbes, Mutts, Bloom County etc. but it's hard to beat Sherman and the gang.

I first knew Nausicaa as Princess Zandra in Warriors of the Wind. Watching it over & over on VHS, I fell in love with her fearless & joyful spirit and her fierce determination. Later, I learned that the movie I so loved was a butchered adaptation of Miyazaki's Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind, so I started collecting the manga. I'm still searching for the rest of the volumes. #OctPhotoChallenge #ComicMangaGraphicNovel

I have just recently discovered a lovely little comic book store 5min away and Saga was one of the first comics I bought. Definitely have to pick up the other ones.
Lady Mechanika has an ok story but AMAZING steampunk art.
I've been a Sailor Moon fan since I was 5 and was so happy when they rereleased the mangas😍
Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle is a beautiful story by Clamp. Abara is dark and bloody and i love the art😍
