I still have these #ChristmasDecorations that my daughter made when she was in elementary school, about 20 years ago- they're pins, and yes I actually wore them when she gave them to me 😄.

My grandparents made this Christmas Village in 1980. I ended up with it! It's my favorite Christmas Decoration.

#WinterReadathonDailyChallenge Todays prompt was #ChristmasDecorations and I was gonna go with some tree baubles, but my fave Xmas decorations were the blowups & lights on my house in 2018. We had moving carousels, seesaws, presents that opened up with pop up polar bears, Santa in a dunny, a bikie Santa, a pig in a Santa hat, a TRex, a hot air balloon on the carport, waving Santa on the roof & an exploding star above the verandah. Among others!

There are a few minor holidays that included physical decorations (sometimes including Hanukkah) but religious holidays (like Christmas was for far more people in the time of this book) were mostly marked by big feasts and fancy tables. @Andrew65 @DieAReader @GHABI4ROSES
