I've spent a lot of the last year discovering myself. Sometimes in this 'full speed' life we forget ourselves. Our peace. A moment to ourselves. Mostly we focus on others (children, partners, parents...). Sometimes we need to put ourselves first. Even if it's just for 5 minutes.⬇️
