pickThe #CBBC book that I had to read was the fifth book in this series so I decided to start with book number one. It was okay but the grandma character was so funny. My mouth was watery all the time with all those delicious recipes and types of cheese 🧀 😋I‘m intrigued enough to know what is going to happen in the next book. 3 ⭐️
pickI am enjoying this author‘s writing. It was a sad story, almost a retelling but beautifully written. I love Agnes with her peculiar, odd, strange personality. She had this kind of sixth sense, instinct, almost magical intuition. It really worked for me. Thank you @SprainBrain for this lovely book ( #Staycationintime swap 2021) because I collect (not book hoarder😜) different editions of my favorite books, I need the UK edition too🙌 4.5⭐️
pickHeartwarming story but with funny scenes. At age 85, it will not be late for Veronica to learn about herself, to have an introspection about her life and not too late to have a family. The penguins will help her in this task. Veronica is quite a stubborn woman but once you listen her story, you will understand why she is the way she is. A little bit too long in some parts. 3.8 ⭐️
pickI think the subtitle resume very well the plot of this thriller without spoiling anything. It started as a reunion of five of seven “friends”?. But then, the reunion ended with murder. Why are they going to meet again after 10 years? Where? What happened with those two other friends. It was good but some situations were odd, maybe unbelievable, predictable, there were red flags in the first pages. Those characters were terrible human beings 3.4⭐️
pickBook read last week. I really liked this thriller. So many twists that I didn‘t predict. Those characters are the worse people in the world and yes, unfortunately, you can find people so selfish and sociopath (legal term) or antisocial (psychological term) like them. Oh yes! Go blind with this. 4.5⭐️ First novel I read about a person with prosopagnosia condition. Interesting what the author mentioned in her note about this condition.

Her husband unexpectedly died and there is a confuse situation with Mr. Hamilton. A hate/love relationship, cheesy, funny, predictable. I really enjoyed it. 3.4⭐️
pickRead in 1st week of January. This was interesting thriller but quite predictable. But I was curious to see how it would end which was also predictable. But I liked it in general. 3.4⭐️
