The story was okay almost a meh but there are some important topics in this story, like social media addition, which can be dangerous and destructive to your self esteem. There are some “haters” that just can destroy your image. It is about how Cat gave herself a second chance to explore other way to live her life and how she grew as a person in this process. I think her friendship with Serena was a great support. 3⭐️

Gissy At last I found in this Once Upon a Book subscription box, 3 out of 4 gifts that were practical, that I can use.🙌

It was a cute read, but it was more of a learning about herself story then a romance. The main character learned things about herself throughout the story and although there was a little romance it wasn‘t much, so if you‘re looking for a cute romance story this one isn‘t it. It was still a good read though

Bookish_Gal I agree with how it was more self growth. I liked how while, yes it is classified as romance, that the central main plot was on self growth. 9mo
SlytherinBookLady @Bookish_Gal yes I think they should have had more romance if they wanted to classify it as that, it was what I was expecting but yea I loved that it was more of a self growth book. It was what I expected but I was also pleasantly surprised with how it turned out 9mo
Bookish_Gal @SlytherinBookLady I liked it better with less romance. But yea, the way they labeled it should‘ve had a good chunk more 9mo

This wasn‘t really a romance story. It was more an MC following her story and figuring her life out and ending up in a relationship.

You only got Cat‘s perspective and I didn‘t really like her. It‘s also a story about the dangers of social media and how it‘s a drug. I don‘t really relate to needing to check social media every 5 minutes unless it‘s Litsy. 🙃

I really enjoyed this romance revisioning oneself that focused more on the addiction to one‘s phone than anything else. Cat finds herself in a nasty influencer turn around, where she takes a “break” in a Montana park. I liked watching her growth. The chemistry is up for interpretation, which I appreciated. It wasn‘t forced, it grew. What I really liked was the slow growing watchful eye on her. She‘s no damsel, but it‘s nice someone cares.

5✨ I absolutely loved the newest #OUABC book. Cat is an influencer who suddenly overnight is accused of a serious offense. This causes her to be under scrutiny from people who used to support her. While she waits for her innocence to be proven in court she goes to Montana to help her uncle. Once there she learns a lot about who she really wants to be, makes amazing new friends, and works to save their hidden gem.

Cute inspirational/non-religious romance. The backstory behind his aversion to digital life and relationship is sobering to say the least.

This was such a cute rom-com! I had read a previous book from this author and enjoyed it so now I‘m officially on board.😊 Cat is a wealthy influencer in NYC who needs a place to hide out after being accused of financial crimes with her business partner. She takes a job with her beloved park ranger uncle in Montana and is thrown together with his coworker Zaiah, a flip phone user.😂 As they grow closer, Cat begins to see that she might be ⬇️

robinb missing out on life on her own terms as she tries to please her public with theirs. Again, a sweet (no language, sex) story about acceptance and being one‘s self. And as a side note, Cat‘s best friend Serena and her park intern roommate Mina each need their own books…seriously. 💙 Recommended. 4.5/5⭐️ 12mo
