Packed with inspiring real life stories, this step-by-step guide reveals: * The simple practice that makes it 42% more likely you'll achieve your goals * How to overcome a lack of time and money * Why fear is the most misunderstood f-word and how to deal with the fear of anything * How to find two free hours a day (yes, really) * What to do if you're multipassionate and want to do all the things * How to deal with criticism, haters and imposter syndrome * A fail-proof test to making the right decisions, especially in high-stakes situations * How to tell the difference between fear and intuition If you don't want to waste one more minute of one more day saying, "I don't know how to do that," or "I don't know if I can become that," get this book. Whether you're starting out or starting over, you do have what it takes. Eye-opening, actionable and delightfully funny, Everything is Figureoutable shows you how to tap your inborn wisdom and make the difference you were born to make.

I'm already struggling with this book. Can a person be too cynical for self help?

julesG Some self-help books are for the bin. 1mo
Sace @julesG and I don't read enough of them to know which ones are good and which ones are trash. Most of the time they make me feel worse. 1mo
julesG I've read a lot of self-help/advice/... in the past years. In most cases the important message(s) fit on a postcard (or a post-it) and the rest of the book is just bla. 1mo

Sace @julesG you've got me thinking and I think How Proust Can Change Your Life is one of the few self help books that I enjoyed. 1mo
julesG Thanks! I'll give it a try. 1mo
Sace @julesG I hope you enjoy it. I had an electronic copy, but now that I'm thinking about it again I decided I wanted a physical copy too. Sometimes I don't realize how much impact a book has until years later when something jogs my memory. 1mo
