June 25, 2022 I am just going to say a few words: Shelly Knotek deserved to be in jail for more than two decades. With all the finger pointing and blaming that she did, she DEFINITELY deserves to be alone from her daughters Nikki, Sami, and Tori. What they had to go through should not have happened.

June 23, 2022 I am on page 205 Chapter 41 and 'things' have happened. 'Things' have gotten intense! OMG I mean i just want to express how I feel about the book so far. It is true that Shelly, the mother to Nikki, Sami, and Tori is very psycho. Crazy. Brutal. A murderer. Too many words to describe her. You'll have to read it yourself to find out (no spoilers)

June 19, 2022 I am a good ways into the book. There are so many characters to keep track of BUT the one that stands out the most obviously is Shelly Knotek. She is such a violent person. She does not treat her girls, Nikki and Sami, and her husband, Dave Knotek, with any respect. She believes thag she is the queen of the household and it is okay to degrade a human being. The way she beats and yells at her daughters is unimaginable 😒😞😔😣😖

June 16, 2022 Boy! Was this hard to get through. Idk why but this book was very slow for me. It did pick up pace like 3/4 in but I didnt feel like I was on my feet or wanting to find out what happened next. I would recommend this book to those who want to read about rich ppl behaving badly. The mystery is still unknown as to where Ned Groom disappeared to.

June 9, 2022 Can somebody, anybody, tell me whether they have read this book and what they thought about it? So far, nothing exciting has happened and I am getting impatient. I mean, it seems kind of slow and ugh i just want to get to the climax of the book already.

lilpumpkin2.0 @marleed Have you read this book before? Any spoilers? Good ending or bad ending? 2w
marleed I read this last March and thought it was a fun read. It‘s best if you are in a mood for a rich people behaving badly kind of story. I did like the twists at the end and how it all resolved. 2w
lilpumpkin2.0 @marleed thanks for the response. I am not quite "getting into" the book. Idk it isnt like "striking" 2w

June 5, 2022 Woop woop Today the Warriors won Game 3 of the playoffs against the Boston Celtics. Man was it a intense game! I am not an avid watcher of basketball but today I WAS. This is actually my new book. The other book, The Impossible City by Karen Cheung, I will read at a later time ✌🏻

June 2, 2022 OMG its summer time Listers!!! I have been putting down and picking up this book at least 5 times (not that i want to) and i cannot stop reading it. IT IS THAT GOOD. Mary Kubica may be one of the best (because there are other mystery thriller writer) authors that I have read by. She keeps making the suspense suspenseful. I am not here to give away spoilers but let's just say that this book ends with a happy ending 🤐

May 30, 2022 SO... I finished the book. Are you proud? Jk... no need for an applause. This book was a page turner and a book one can read in one sitting. I mean I read it in 4 sittings but that is just me. I loved this book and it gave me a deep dive into an addict's life. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

May 28, 2022 So far, so good. I have been enjoying this autobiography by Tiffany Jenkins because she really dives deep into her drug addict experience and her perspective of being in jail. Almost half way... no regrets

May 17, 2022 I thouroughly enjoyed reading this book. I am not just saying that. I REALLY mean it. The comolex relationships that were built amongst Morgan, Jenny, Chris, and Jonah just made me keep reading... and reading. I wanted to find out what they felt for each other and how it would come to an end. However, the relationships that affected me the most were between Clara and her mom AND Clara and Miller.

I mean, the books that she writes make you want to mark certain things... am I right OR am I wrong? Anyway, I am on page 264 out of 354. Yayyyy almost there 😁😄🤐

May 14, 2022 Today I read from 9:30 am - 10:30 am. I should not be reading (technically) because I have to study BUT I couldn't resist reading more Colleen Hoover AND more about Millef and Claras's relationship with each other. Things are getting juicy between them. Between Clara and her mother; not so much

April 29, 2022 Man! Listers!!! Happy Friday and last day of April. I am like 1/3 of the way into this book and it is such an emotional one. When I read this, I can really FEEL through Stephanies' words how much trauma and pain she dealt woth and is still dealing with in the present day. I recommend this book for anyone honestly. This book is not only for people who are going through the same diagnosis of complex PTSD aka C-PTSD

April 16, 2022 What a powerfully written autobiography written by the 21 year old author. It was such an outstanding and mesmerizing story that came from the heart. I was really empathizing with her because she endured so much during her young years -- from losing her father that she loved and cared for -- to losing her sister and her father. Reading this was a game changer! GO PICK IT UP AT YOUR LOCAL BOOKSTORE 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

April 5, 2022 New autobiography alert ‼️ I have been in the process of ordering new books to add to my TBR pile and I was happy to found this one at my local Books Inc. I am also trying to steer away from fiction because (for me) they are more for sntertainment. I dont find thati learn much from them. Thus i have been trying to ease into more nonfiction (like biographies, autobiographies, worldly books etc)

Pickpick

April 4, 2022 Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen. Oh boy... they deserve a round of applause. I was turning page after page once I got halfway through the book. I wantes to desperately know who was in charge of all the things that were happening to "the Golden Couple". Was it Skip? Was it Polly? What about Natalie? Or maybe Chris (Marissa's father-in-law)? I am not gonna say a word. You NEED to pick this up and read it 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

March 29, 2022 Mannn... This book was giving me the chills. It was a page turner for sure. It had me on the edge of my seat. This book was by far 5/5 stars. There are a total of six friends: Jack, Frankie, Mint, Caro, Heather, and Jessica. Among them is a killer. Eric Shelby, Heather's brother, is trying to figure out who killed Heather. Hint: It was one of the six I mentioned. Okay, no more spoliers from me #readit

December 21, 2021 Listers! I finally came to the end of the book. It was such a roller coaster. The author depicts so much with in the last 100 pages of the book. I COULD NOT STOP READING. I wanted to see for myself whether Theo would indeed help Alicia out and get her to talk again OR if Alicia was going to be silent the whole time. There were a lot of parts in the book that made me speechless and also feel sad for Alicia. 5/5

lilpumpkin2.0 What happened at the end? Did Alicia kill Gabriel or did someone else kill Gabriel?? Who was the man who was staring at Alicia's house and making her uncomfortable and endure fantasies 6mo
