Thanks for the #ISpy tag @batsy Here are some suns, moons and stars for you (Mostly stars!)

Would you like to play I Spy and find some covers with trees or fruit? @Reggie @Rissreads @merelybookish @Cathythoughts (it started as spotting colours but it‘s morphed into whatever you want to choose 😊)

batsy Pretty! The Solaris one looks magical. 4y

The map of Moomin Valley and the surrounding lands in "The Dictionary of Imaginary Places" is rich in relief detail, but impoverished in geographical detail. It would be nice to have at least the Moomin House shown, but nevertheless, this is still one of my favourite books to browse, just full of maps of literary locales ???

For once I have the perfect book on my shelf for this prompt! It‘s pretty academic and I‘ve left it a little lonely I‘m sorry to say. 😟

Cinfhen Oh wow!!! You do have the perfect book🎉and how funny that you choose Narnia as that is my favorite imaginary place and what I was going to post 😜 5y
Centique @Cinfhen you can still do it. 👍 This doesn‘t really count as it‘s not in a CS Lewis book! 5y
Cinfhen Thanks,Flea 😘 5y

This is a 800 page encyclopedia of places that exist only in fiction. Informative & fun it ranges from Rowling's Hogwarts to Lovecraft's Arkham. A real gem in unusual and eccentric reference books. It is a blast to dip into randomly.

ValerieAndBooks And a good way to make TBR lists grow even further!! 7y
vivastory @ValerieAndBooks Definitely. Your TBR will explode if you sit down with this book. 7y

This is a fun reference book, full of mysterious places you've visited in literary travels. It includes curious maps from locales both well known and obscure. If you ever find yourself lost in Oz without a pair of magical gemstone (or silver) slippers, a map like this one might come in handy... #mapsinbooks #somethingforsept #septemberphotochsllenge

ValerieAndBooks There's a map of the Land of Oz?! I must check this out; have most of the books in the Oz series (the ones with the cool Art Nouveau illustrations) that I read as a kid! 8y
Eugeniavb Manguel is the best! 8y
