1. Neither consistently. I'm an English teacher. If I have to address a crowd that way, I tend to say 'people'... "Alright people, why don't we..." or 'folks'.

Caramel coconut tart for tomorrow's brunch party. It's taking a lot of will power not to dig in now. The caramel is mixed with whipped creme fraiche. ❤this book. Oops. Forgot to lick (wipe) the crumbs before picture time. #cookbooklove

I've made many desserts from this book, all with great results. This chocolate caramel cashew torte is for book group tomorrow night. The book was Barbarian Days by William Finnegan, which I adored. Accompanying this torte are blondies with pecans and chopped chocolate. I always make #bookishtreats and enjoy experimenting. #riotgrams #booksandtreats
