I flew through this one. I really enjoyed it. My first for #AuthorAMonth. :)

I don't know what it is about this time of year but it makes me want to read Alice Hoffman.

#SchoolsOut so I‘m on vacation buying books! I visited a new-to-me bookstore and got these books for $9. The proceeds benefit the local library.

It‘s been a long time since I‘ve read an Alice Hoffman book that I had forgotten just how much I love them. Murder, romance, a runaway and a baby make up this book. This was a great, quick read and was my choice for the #nightorientedtitle for #booked2019

Enjoying an afternoon read and some coffee in my new favorite mug. Side note: If you haven‘t seen O, go see it! It was so amazing.

Starting my next book with a drink in my hand and out by the pool while on vacation. Best way to read!

2. Either Alice Hoffman or Margaret Atwood. I know I love their writing & they each have a fair amount of novels I‘ve never read.
3. I don‘t think I‘ve had a crush on a cartoon character since Trent from “Daria”... but now I‘m just embarrassed about his soul patch. 😅
4. Permanently exhausted pigeon (don‘t let me drive the bus)🐦. Honestly, though...I‘m really only good in the middle of the day.☀️

I was going through my books and JUST realized this one is signed! I didn't even notice when I bought it. I'm super happy. 🖤🖤

I‘m absolutely obsessed with reading all things written by Alice Hoffman. This is the third book of her‘s I‘ve read in 2018. I love her character development and how she intertwines the lives of her characters. I‘m on to number 4...

1. National Bookstore, the biggest bookstore chain in my country (PH)
2. Kindle app on my phone. Used to be Aldiko app before I discovered the wonders of Amazon. I have a few titles on Kobo, too. *Still aggressively saving for an ereader*
3. Seattle's Best Coffee here in PH bec it has the most memories. Lol
