This novella is good for what it was meant to do- bridge to the next series. It isn‘t as amazing as the main three books but I was completely satisfied when I finished it.

I liked this book- I even loved it at times- but I‘m not sure I always understood it.

It has been a full day of reading (yay for Sundays!) So I really liked Six of Crows though I hated the Grisha series. However, I don‘t like when I *have* to read the next book in a series. When a book ends with a cliffhanger and I have to read the next one to get the answers, it drives me crazy. If a book is good, I‘m going to want to read the next one regardless, don‘t force me to!

I just can‘t decided if I like this series or not! I wasn‘t crazy about the first book, I loved the second, and I‘m undecided about the third.

So I wanted this boom to be about Gilmore Girls. And while parts of it were, too much of it was just nonsense. I love Lauren Graham and I love Gilmore Girls but I did not love this book.

Just finished Daughter of the Pirate King and I was pretty underwhelmed. While there were entertaining parts, I mostly found the protagonist annoying and obnoxious. Also, the ending forces you to read the next book. While I have no problem with a series, I don‘t like an ending that makes the book feel unresolved.

I couldn‘t keep track of the unnecessary characters and the weird plot. I know some people loved this book but I couldn‘t handle it. I‘ll stick with the Graceling books.
