I loved every second of the audiobook and highly recommend it to anybody who loves magic. Or fairy tales. Or really just needs happiness in their lives.

I am only 5 minutes in and already have happy tears! Narrated and written by NPH! I LOVE books about magic especially written by magic makers, and life dreamers.

Unfortunately this book was MEH. I enjoyed the ideas of the letter library and other bookish references. But the plot, characters and over all way the writing was telling-not showing, and over predictable, as well as falling short on the big BOOM moments, was disappointing. I didn‘t hate it, I just think I would recommend.

Some fantasy books are not believable, but this world building I approve of!

So, this was a really quick read. It took maybe about an hour. But after that hour was over, and I turned the last page, I was in full on SOBS.
If you have ever been through a season of life, and at the end of it you find yourself questioning “what was God‘s purpose in all of this hardship?” Or even “Why did that miracle happen?” READ THIS BOOK. It will open your eyes, leave your mouth gaping and an understanding will be invoked.

This one was recommended to me for the season I am currently in. So far I love the story like way it is written in. A wonderful insight to the realities of famous names found in the Bible. And stories that are not just long languaged verses to memorize. These were real people.

I‘m so excited to see what the raving is about! And the fact that my family is from Singapore and this is practically about them, makes it even more intriguing!

This is my first Preston and Child book! I‘ve decided to start expanding genres and am really enjoying it so far! This book was awesome and a really fun suspenseful read!

Cracking a new spine today! Can‘t wait to keep going on this suspense /mystery train I‘ve been riding!

Over all, a great first Roberts read! Gave it 3 stars, mostly because 5 starts has Reached a HIGH point and 4 is now the norm.

It was rough to get through! I love this world and its characters-- but this story dragged on, and on. And on and on! It took forever to finish-- I love you Diane-- but I'm going to need a break before starting the next one!

I listened to this audiobook in 2 sittings. We took a long road trip so it was easy to just get lost in the book. I will say that I finished it on principle, I don't like getting half way through then quitting. I didn't dislike it, but I didn't love it either. I felt like the author was trying to hard to smash too many things together and though it was a set up for book 2, I felt like she over did it a bit. But I finished it, so go me!

It took me forever to finish this. Not just because other amazing books fell into my lap.. but it also just didn't hold me like I had hoped (especially after reading "and then there were none" as my first Christie.) either way, I finished it, and that's all that counts!

I finished it and feel so complete. Honestly, as a book lover who is a hopeless romantic poet in life.....I can't rave enough.

This is my update on Goodreads. These are my feelings 75% through the audiobook. I can't rave enough. This book is SO me.

Diana Gabaldon has blown my mind once again. I think my opinions on these books are turning to obsessions! I can't stop, nor do I want to!! ABSOLUTLY phenomenal writing as usual, but it just keeps going! I'm so inspired!

I love this book. So much! I can hardly stand it! Almost done,only a few chapters to go. These characters, their stories are life changing. Not theirs, but mine!

I dig Christie. This is my second of her mysteries and I can't wait to indulge! Mind you, I love when fantastic books only cost you $.60!!
