Mehso-so

Was an easy read and I enjoyed the twists towards the end. #summary- Lowen is an author called to finish the book series of Verity Crawford (a very successful author- bed ridden due to a brain injury). Lowen hesitates on the opportunity, but due to money issues after the recent passing of her mother she is out of options. She heads to the Crawford home where she locates a horrifying manuscript detailing Verity‘s evil manipulative past.

Pickpick

This is an old classic I grew up reading as a young adult. Charlotte‘s Web is a TL, Newbery award winning book written by E.B. White. Diving deep into the understanding of friendship, Wilbur and Charlotte develop a close relationship. They are faced with many challenges on and off the barn and work together to conquer it all. Using this story as a SR, teachers can lead group discussions to dig deeper into the true meaning of friendship. EL...

Bshelton27 Strategy 44(focus on thinking skills) and UDL strategy 2.5( illustrate through multiple media) could enhance conversations amongst your students. This link has great materials to help lead classroom talk. https://www.matchfishtank.org/curriculum/english-language-arts/3rd-grade-fiction... #ucflae3414su19 5y
DrSpalding Your resource is not hyperlinked but you can copy and paste it to get to it. 44 and 2.5 work well with this classic! Precious picture. ❤️📚🐷 (edited) 5y

AlexandraGriffin @Riveted_Reader_Melissa I'm very fortunate that I'm able to listen to audiobooks all day at work! It allows me to get through a lot. 8y

BookishFeminist I was gonna say, that's A LOT of audiobooks. I barely have the time for 1-2 a month, but if you can listen at work, why not! 8y
annahenke Holy audiobooks! 8y
brendanmleonard Great format! Great totals! 8y
AlexandraGriffin @BookishFeminist yeah I have a long commute and I work in a super small office, so I have about 12-13 hours a day I am listening to them. And I also listen to them on a faster speed because the normal speed is just too slow, so I get through a ton. It keeps me sane. Lol 8y
Sue Holy cow, well done! 8y
AlexandraGriffin @Sue haha thank you! 8y
