Not my favorite of hers and definitely not up there with her best but it'd do for a flight/vacation type read.
What happens when you are having fun, just off on an adventure to track down cryptids you know aren't real.... but you find one, no more! that are real! And your girlfriend gets sucked out into some other reality and there you are left behind. What then?
A fun and imaginative stand alone, with lots of lovely biological science in it.

My February favorite was one from the backlist of J Robert Lennon. After loving Subdivision I wanted to read more by this author and it didn‘t disappoint. I am officially a fan now! Since February I also read and loved Broken River and I have some more on my TBR.

pickThis YA series has been a bright spot in my reading year. Artistic Marguerite, who has spent her childhood surrounded by scientists, travels the multiverse with technology developed by her parents and their two (of course) handsome research assistants. The world-building is a bit fragile at times but I loved the glimpse into each universe Gray created along with a romance angle that digs into fate, destiny, and ethics in tightly nested universes.
