Pickpick

#marchbookstagram The best thing I've read in 2017 so far is Year of Yes by @shondarhimes It was so inspiring! I'm recommending it to everyone! FYI it might be your Christmas gift this year 😉

#marchbookstagram This movie was better than the book. I watched the movie first so that may have influenced me. But I found that the movie had way more details than the book. It could have been expanded into a series of graphic novels so I was disappointed it was a stand alone book too.

LauraBrook I love this movie! Had no idea it was a book until I saw this post - and don't think I'll be reading it, either! 7y
Jilljemmett @LauraBrook no I don't recommend it. I was so excited to read it but after seeing the movie it really fell flat 7y
TheBookDream Just started the second series of 6 issues. So far I like it better than Kingsman 2. Totally different plot. 7y
Jilljemmett @TheBookDream I didn't even know there was a second series! 7y

#marchbookstagram Cinder is my female warrior. She overcomes so much throughout The Lunar Chronicles and she persists, despite all the obstacles in her way. 💪🏼👩🏻

Rachbb3 I'm starting this series soon. I'm not putting it off anymore! 😊 7y
Jilljemmett @Rachbb3 it's one of my favourite series! And you can read it straight through since it's complete now :) 7y
Chelsey I'm about to start Scarlet, but I'm waiting for the ebook from the library. I already have the audiobook from audible but I do best when I have both formats together. 7y
Jilljemmett @Chelsey I should try that too. Sometimes I get distracted when I listen to audiobooks so following along with the print would probably be best for me too. Btw Scarlet was awesome! I hope you enjoy it 😊 7y

#marchbookstagram This book (and series) was much better than I expected. After I read the first one, I had to rush out to get the others. The story was so fascinating and addictive, but I was so disappointed in the movie.

Cinfhen Adorable pup💗 7y
Jilljemmett @Cinfhen he says thanks! He doesn't approve of me reading as it takes away from his cuddle time 😉🐶 7y

#marchbookstagram A story about food. It even has the recipes for the dishes that were brought to the dinner parties 😋

Cuckoo's Calling | Robert Galbraith

#marchbookstagram A series I probably won't finish. Though I love JK Rowling, I didn't like the book by her alter ego Robert Galbraith 😞

thegirlwiththelibrarybag I haven't read them. Not sure if I will. Reading the Casual Vacancy cured me of having to read everything by JKR 7y
angrylilasian @thegirlwiththelibrarybag I couldn't get into Casual Vacancy but I love this series! Getting it in audiobook helped me forget who wrote it and I think that helped my mindset when reading it. 7y
Jilljemmett @thegirlwiththelibrarybag @angrylilasian I didn't mind the Casual Vacancy but I think this one could have used a lot more editing, which it didn't get since JKR wrote it. Listening to the audiobook might help. 7y
thegirlwiththelibrarybag @Jilljemmett, Casual Vacancy was an interesting but hard read for me... not something that I would have picked up but for the name of the author. @angrylilasian, I hope to read it one day but that day hasn't arrived yet. 7y
Jilljemmett @thegirlwiththelibrarybag I agree. I wouldn't have read it if it wasn't for the author. 7y
