Darrow is the perfect example of a character that is just coming into himself. Love this series!

Finished this yesterday. Definite echoes of Sally Rooney, who I am not a fan of, but Dolan redeems herself by adding some humour and an actual plot, unlike Rooney. The main character does experience a small amount of personal development, so I can claim this as #Incipient for #BeautifulWords @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @OriginalCyn620

I loved this book when I read it earlier this year. It follows Eleanor and Park as their #incipient relationship develops... its lovely but also heartbreaking!

Overall, I didn‘t enjoy this book (so long and so many characters), but it did what I think all cli-fi is supposed to do. It got me thinking about the many kinds of catastrophic events awaiting our planet and it‘s #incipient death.
