Love it when my son reads me the bedtime story instead of the other way around. We both enjoyed this one.

I love everything in this book from the variety of recipes to the layout and pictures to the tidbits scattered throughout for recipe variations, substitution options, and generally making cooking easier. There's something in here for everyone.
Part work-read & part personal-read to support a family member. Evidence based. Easy to follow plan for dealing with binge eating. Recommended 👍🏼.

Book Goal: Read every day.
Fitness Goals:
Walk at least 4 times per week
AND
Eat mindfully at restaurants (many restaurant meals ahead in March - 2 out of town trips and 2 visits from out of town friends/family)
#BFC Ideally, I would cut out refined sugar, but my goal is to stay within my WW points.
Book goal is to read 6 books. This month; I finished 2 today, so I think it's doable. @wanderinglynn
Brand new episode is up and out! We reminisce about working retail during the holiday season and then do a live book haul as I dig through some old books from my folk's basement. It's more fun than you'd think. Enjoy!

This book is jam-packed with important information about what we eat and how it affects our overall health. I was happy to find I eat many of the recommended foods and now will add more to eat with more intention.
It‘s a new year! Yay! Time to lower my cholesterol and hopeful my weight too!
