#hpchapteraday Harry's #disillusionment with Dumbledore has been building & Rita's book is just salt in the wound. This on top of the loss of his wand is a deep hit & really makes him question his faith in their ultimate success & the nature of his relationship with Dumbledore. We all have these moments when our heroes develop clay feet & we question them & ourselves. These can be defining moments & how we move forward from them shapes who we are.

He feels as though he never truly knew Dumbledore & that Dumbledore never truly cared for him. I have always been curious about the life of younger Dumbledore, and yay for what's coming up film-wise. Except for the Johnny Depp thing. I hope he can curb his tendency to overplay characters. But what a complex chapter. Who can Harry believe? Despite his #disillusionment, he does need to try harder to be a better friend to Hermione. Also why does Rowling always refer to Gellert's looks?
