#hpchapteraday ok, I have to say, Ginny is really quick to heap #blame onto Harry on this one. Yes, the relationship between Albus & Harry is strained, but that's not all Harry or even Albus; there's a big part of that which can simply chalked up to teenage angst. I can understand Ginny's need to blame; we all do that when stressed & worried. But, I have to say I'm on Harry's side on this one.
I was so immersed in this book that I felt like I was drowning in it. Totally a #blame Iron litsy and if the rest of my book group doesn't love it, I may have to start a new group. Have the tissues handy - there are many tears in the eyes moments. But it is a beautiful, beautiful story.
There is a great deal of #blame going on in this chapter. Wormtail is blaming everyone & everything for his pathetic behavior. The kids are trying to figure out if they should or shouldn't blame Sirius & Lupin. Worst of all Snape can't let go of his past and continues to blame Sirius, Lupin & even Harry & Hermione instead of opening his mind and listening.
#hpchapteraday #blame is a complicated thing, as seen clearly in this chapter. The truth of what happened the night James & Lily were betrayed by a friend has been buried under blame. Sirius's blame of himself for the decision to use Peter as Secret Keeper. Lupin's blame of Sirius; Sirius's blame of Lupin as possible traitor. The world's blame of Sirius with no investigation for the truth. Peter's blame of everyone but himself for his choices...
