I really liked the "prequel" to this, #thekindworthkilling but this one seemed to not quite hold together for me. You do need to have read the first book for full depth of understanding all the characters. It's another play on #strangersonatrain and interesting but I just couldn't really get into it. #klaus #catsoflitsy #petsoflitsy

This giveaway by @Come-read-with-me is inspired by such a sweet story! Unfortunately my own “Coming to Litsy” story is nowhere near as noteworthy. I use the Bookly app and one day they put out an article highlighting other reader/book apps that their staff love. I couldn‘t believe there was basically Instagram for books! I haven‘t been here quite a year yet, but I‘ve come to love and cherish this little community very much. ❤️

MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm @dandy.punk It‘s pretty user-friendly, probably the best way to find out is to try it, but I‘ll do my best! 😅 It‘s an app that tracks your reading. So when I go to start reading, I have the app open and I hit “Continue Reading” under whatever book in my library I want to read. It starts counting the seconds I read while calculating the speed you read at when you input pages at the end of a session. It projects how long it will take to read the ⬇️ 3y

MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm book. You can also earn achievements for things like reading consecutive days in a row, reading so many pages, etc. It‘s helped motivate me a ton since I started using it! ❤️ 3y

Thanks for a great giveaway @Come-read-with-me It's amazing how some people come into our lives.

I was getting tired of the Book Con app (many users focused on YA & getting ARCS) and browsed the app store looking for bookish apps. It looked like this was an Instagram/Goodreads hybrid and I signed up. I've been here ever since, but a lot more active the last year & half or so.

I was involved in book Twitter, mainly because a college friend is a VP there, and he said that he read about this new social media platform that is only book Twitter. I‘ve been hooked for five years this April! I‘m still in touch with my friend but rarely on Twitter anymore. Nicer here!
