While searching for today‘s #scream prompt I realized that while I reviewed books 2-5 of this horror story series for review in 2015, I never went back & read book 1. It‘s still in my Kindle so I‘m going to add it to my October TBR because short stories = lots of points for #TeamMonsterMash. 🧟♀️🧛🏻👻🧟♂️🧙♀️🐺🎃

I am on my way to work on the purple train and it‘s Friyay! I am rugged up as the weather has turned cold this week and I am very sore from my pole dancing choreography class last night. Too many shoulder stands. This book is providing a great distraction. In the background is one of my favourite trees, a jacaranda. I stop reading every morning to enjoy its beauty. @JeffyRoo your book will be posted this arvo. #LMPBC @thegreensofa @suvata
pickIt took a few chapters but then I got into it. Mostly set on the Greek island Hydra in the 1960s. It was an artistic community including Leonard Cohen and his girlfriend. Joining them is Erica who along with her boyfriend and brother drive from London to Hydra after the death of her mother. And Erica becomes part of the comings and going on the island of this little community
It was atmospheric and vivid, it certainly made me want to go there.
I am currently reading both books. Both are good! I will get them finished by tomorrow! #currentread

The story seemed kind of ridiculous, but the descriptions of Greece and Italy in the summer were wonderful! #catsoflitsy
