My book club picked this one and it was a mixed bag for me. The parts showing a slice of life in 1980s/90s Japan were really interesting but the rest wasn‘t very compelling. It just didn‘t really come together as a whole for me. Only one person at the meeting really liked this.

Happy National Cat Day (it should be everyday)!

Oh! It‘s time for #TuesdayTunes.
I‘ve been fighting a cold, so I haven‘t felt like listening to anything too energetic or frenetic. Mellow vibes only. Ella Grace brings them. She lists “Sexuality, Identity, Spirituality and Mental Health” as the pillars of her album. I‘m into it.

I don‘t think the @DeweysReadathon Litsy page is active anymore but today kicks off the Dewey‘s 24 hours readathon over on IG. Here‘s their bingo board. I‘ll post the photo challenge next in case anyone is interested.

What a wonderful collection of books & bookish things! Thank you so much Danielle! I am so excited to sip the tea, where the socks, use the bookmarks, etc. & put all of it in the tote bag! I enjoyed all the Oregon bookmarks & references! I apologize, I could not locate your litsy name. So @Chrissyreadit & @Avanders can you add it here! Thank you both for hosting this swap!!!!! @Ddzmini
