While very different, both of these books are about three sisters who are witches. I highly recommend both books. #three #witchyreads

Linsy I‘ve been curious about the top left one for a while. Thanks for the rec! 🖤🖤🖤 6y

It was fast-paced, which I really liked, but I feel there were a few things that were lacking. I wanted more in the area of character development. I feel like the author just barely touched the surface of each character and it made it somewhat difficult to connect the each person. Overall, I liked the initial story!

This was an entertaining read and a good palate cleanser but not much more. The plot seemed a bit weak for a novel and what really bugged me were the numerous grammatical mistakes (poor editing?). Still, the story and characters kept me interested and I think I‘ll continue with the series.

I‘m not really in a reading slump but somehow I‘m kind of impatient with my books at the moment if you know what I mean: Nothing really seems to live up to some weird impossible standard I‘m currently applying. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hope this one here is a good palate cleanser and will get me back on track. 😊

Wohee! It‘s here, @heylaurenmack ! 😊 Thank you so much! I‘ve been eyeing this book for quite a while and so I was super happy when I opened the package. We‘ll see how long I can resist abandoning my current read and diving into this one immediately. Thanks! 🤗😘 #allhallowsreadbookexchange

heylaurenmack Im so happy it finally made it. Maybe now I can let go of the late gift guilt 😂😂😂. I‘m sorry you drew the short straw in this year‘s exchange. Happy I picked a good one for you!!!! 6y
Cathythoughts Enjoy ! Seems like this is one you can‘t wait to begin 💫 6y
scripturient @heylaurenmack Again, don‘t sweat it! 😊 I remember how tight money gets when you first move from home so I totally understand. You were honest, told me that it would take longer and that you couldn‘t send something huge and that‘s great. I‘ve had another swap experience where communication did not work at all and those are the cases that make me angry or sad. This is definitely not a short straw as you took the time to find something I‘d like. 😘 6y

Of the three books and seven short stories I read this month, these were my favorites. I guess I was in a witchy, Irish mood. #bestofjune #junebookbugs

Starting this on kindle. I guess I'm in a witchy mood, since I'm also reading Goblet of Fire and just finished the first book in the Lainswich Witches series.
