Through these photographs and sentiments there is a kind of beauty and inspiration Patti is beloved for. I perused through this one already but look forward to starting fresh today January 1st and following Patti throughout this new year. #bookreview

Wow, I‘m impressed! This book is amazing. There‘s a photo along with a short blurb for every day of the year. The majority of the photos were taken by Smith herself. I found so many poets and books referenced in this book that I‘m going to have to find and read now. There‘s a recommended reading list at the back, which I‘m excited about. Also, did you know PS worked at The Strand bookstore one summer years ago? So cool. Highly recommended. 5āļø¸!!

kspenmoll I adored this! But then, I adore her! Such gorgeous photos- unfortunately mine was a library ā€newā€¯ book so I had to return it way too soon.Would live to start 2023 with her each day. Maybe a Christmas gift for me?? 1y

This is a gorgeous book- I love Patti Smith & when I heard she had a new book out I grabbed it from the library. I had no idea what the title meant. Basically she has a relevant photo for each day of the year. Now I want to buy this so I can go through the year with her!
