pickThis one was so much fun! Fifi is due to have her pups at any minute, Hank‘s grandmother tries her hand at matching (Hank was like 😳) and we have 3 dead bodies that may or may not be connected to each other. Drought is looming - and the National Park looks like it will be shut down - which is not good news for Happy Trails or the town of Normal. Will be interested to see how this plot line develops. Another fun listen.
pickThis is one of the better books of the series. There were some humorous moments, plus the typical mystery. I also liked seeing more of the relationships develop.

pickI borrowed this audiobook bundle from Hoopla (a bonus borrow for the month). Book 1 was disappointing (Maybelline “May” West was so freaking annoying and immature!), but it got better in book 2, and by book 3 I quite enjoy the people of Normal, Kentucky. However, the love triangle trope really doesn‘t do it for me — decide already, woman! #cozymysteries
Really, feel free to skip book 1 — book 2 provides all the necessary background.
