"...and other duties as assigned." I'm the youth services assistant at our library and tonight I found myself signed up for a shift in the dunk tank during our Centennial Celebration. My community has phenomenal aim! I was dunked 100+ times in 2 hours. ??

MaggieCarr @BeaG I've hosted them only for kids up until yesterday and my opening line is "My goal for you is to taste a genre, author, time period, subject you may not have experienced before." By gathering a large selection of titles, being available to chat 1 on 1 with browsers, and being a readers' advisory I've had great luck with getting customers to experience something new. 4y
