This was a fun book. A fun twist on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with his daughter as the protagonist. There‘s steampunk and werewolves and murder. I will definitely be continuing on with this series! It‘s been a while since I‘ve read a good steampunk series!

Also, so happy the weather is finally nice! Finally 80s yesterday and today! 💕☀️

I was sitting out enjoying the decent weather and sunshine with my reading buddies. I‘m so close to finishing this book, but unfortunately this mischievous little pup decided I needed some exercise and ran to the road. Thank goodness for big yards and low traffic country roads. So now we‘ll be finishing this book inside the house.

Look at my two new babies! They‘re both fantasy and in past eras. I ordered ´´The Diabolical Miss Hyde ´´ two weeks ago and it came in today! As for ´´Worlds of Ink and Shadow‘´, it tells the story of the #Brontë sisters and their writing. I have been looking at it for a month and now had the money for it. I will let you know what I think once I have read them, darlings! #violacarr #lenacoakley

Steampunk and mystery. Dig it. Lots of good ebook sales in my daily email today! #ebook #steampunk #kindle #bookmas

CocoReads I picked this up as steampunk is a category in one of my challenges next year (popsugar maybe?). And steampunk is not my genre. I'm hoping this is good but it was a great price and I did think the mystery aspect might pull it through for me 7y

Entertaining with delightful appearances of other familiar characters. In a "strange case," I thought Eliza Jekyll was not as developed as Lizzie Hyde, and it felt like there was a previous book in the series I hadn't read. That said, it was quite a bit of fun, and I'll read the next book.
