I was really enjoying this book, it was keeping me intrigued, and then the ending happened. Ew (that‘s all I‘ll say for those of you intrigued enough to read this one).

Ready for a good thriller…hoping this does not disappoint ☺️
This book left me stunned. I did not anticipate the ending at all. I almost have no words for the twists and turns from this plot. What a read! This is one of my favorite thrillers to date. I would highly recommend this one if you‘re looking for a creepy and unsettling thriller.
A quick read thanks largely to the excellent writing and pacing of this novel. Highly recommend, but do be warned it is one of the more disturbing thrillers I‘ve read. That being said, it was a great read and excellently crafted story. Feeney has yet to disappoint
I loved her first book and this one was just as good. She weaves a twisty story and creates some very unsavory characters, but I loved every minute of it and couldn‘t put it down. Alice Feeney is right up there with Ruth Ware for me. This one is being passed to my youngest daughter as she loves these psychological thrillers a such as I do.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Crafting and listening to the tagged audiobook. I just learned how to make wreaths. Now, I know why they were so pricey at craft shows.
I‘m so mad. I could see the other possibility and thought to myself, “Nah, that‘s not how this is going because that‘s too much. Too stupid.” And I‘ll be damned if the author didn‘t take the stupid trope route. I should have trusted my DNF radar and bailed on this while I had the chance. Lesson learned. Trust your instincts.
The premise is intriguing but cringey lines like this may put this firmly in the dnf zone if it continues.
I must say I liked more #sometimesilie than this book but is good. Is darker than the other one specially at the end.
Book 1/5 for #BFCr3

It's the #summerofthrillers 🔪😈🔪
I loved Sometimes I Lie and so far this one if just as hard to put down!
I‘m really not in the mood for this type of book right now but it‘s due back soon, and it‘s less than 300 pages long. Anyone read it? Hoping it‘s not another “unreliable female narrator” trope but seems like it might be.
