At first I was like bitch, I'm livin' the daily minutiae of family life I don't need it in my books, too. But then the characters grabbed me and I was in. It ended up being the cosy, escape read I wanted with a few happy tears shed 😊

I‘m so glad I have continued reading and listening to this series! The characters are are so relatable to things that have happened in the lives of my own family and friends. Relationships, miscarriages, teen pregnancy, and so much more.

Cute book about three different woman going through different things in their lives. Gabby has twins and can't wait to get back to work, her 15yr old step daughter is pregnant. Nicole is divorced with an eight yr old. Is she ready to date yet? Hayley has had 5 miscarriages and if she tries again will bleed out. Her marriage is on the rocks because she wants a child of her own badly.
First time reading this author, must say I enjoyed the book

The friends of Mischief Bay kept me company on my commute the last couple of weeks. 10 minutes here in 10 minutes there can add up 😊 Oh what shall I listen to next? I'm thinking I am in for a trip to the library tomorrow... 📚📚📚

I honestly picked up this book book at random from Target. Never heard of the author - I picked it up based on the cover at first! 🙈 It's not the greatest writing, but I could relate to the characters & their experiences. This could spark some interesting conversation within a book club. The 3 intertwined storylines kept the plot moving at a quick pace.
