All done! Category: Noir. According to Wikipedia, "a literary genre closely related to hardboiled genre with a distinction that the protagonist is not a detective, but instead either a victim, a suspect, or a perpetrator."
This description fits Richard Stark's Parker to a T and Darwyn Cooke's graphic novel adaptation is outstanding.

GuiltyFeat The Parker novels are works of art all by themselves. Not a wasted word in them. I have the first two Cooke adaptations and I will pick up the others at some point. Gone too soon, Mr. Cooke. 8y
