tpixie @JanuarieTimewalker13 @Prairiegirl_reading I think LibraryThing was trying to figure out a way to make money and realized it wasn‘t a money maker, and lost interest in it. I guess if worse comes to worse we could get on the Litsy group that‘s on Facebook but that‘s not the best choice. We need someone with computer skills who likes books who can work on the app. 👇 (edited) 3y

tpixie @JanuarieTimewalker13 Mr Book has not posted for about one year. He seem to quit posting regularly soon after he and his girlfriend broke up. Then just stopped. It‘s sad because he was so active and everyone enjoyed him. 3y

Andrew65 We need to hope it survives, we‘d all be lost without Litsy 😢. I must be honest I tend to use the website more than the App these days. Not noticed any particular problems over the last few days.
We really need an em emergency plan where we can all congregate if it goes belly up. Whether that be initially Goodreads, Librarything or elsewhere. @tpixie @JanaurieTimewalker13 @prairiegirl_reading

Q84 @ShelfRighteous I usually can't plug mine in when I'm reading because I'm out or at work. While at home I tend to read physical copies or audio. 6y

Do you know what happens when I decide to clean and reorganize my nightstand (that has turned into another book shelf)? I find two advanced copies of books I got from a college class! And I want to read both right this second!!! I also discover that I have a lot of books!!!! Now which one to read first......????

There‘s a lot to unpack, & I don‘t agree with everything that she argues, but the majority of it makes a lot of sense. 4🌟
