Because books, the good ones, the ones you hold on to and come back to, they never disappoint. They're the best kind of escape because, instead of leading you away from your-self, they end up circling you back to yourself, nice and easy, helping you see things not just as they are, but as you are too.
Although I 100% do not regret walking the 11,000 steps to and from the grocery store this afternoon... but I definitely DO regret my choice of footwear! 😂These boots have ruined my feet, and I‘ll be surprised if I can move tomorrow!😂😂 #BookFitnessChallenge

bailedThe concept of the book sounded interesting. English major turned to advertising to get a job, makes a lot of money. Falls in love with a client.... I put it down and was going to bail but I tried it again. I just couldn‘t get into it. It felt whiny and I didn‘t care about the characters.
