laurieluna @Naj that song has helped me a lot. The artist herself wrote it during a low point in her life. There are so many who have it, and supporting each other is how we'll get through. I first realised I had depression at age 19, but looking back the signs were there for a few years. I was hospitalised because of an OD, and went through years of pills and 2 rounds of talking therapies. I am sending you much love and good vibes. #noshame ❤❤ 5y

laurieluna @TrishB ah thank you Trish! I do have days where I wonder how I'm keeping it together, but if they've had 3 square meals and haven't seriously injured themselves I call the day a win! 😂 x 5y

KathyWheeler I know, for me, the 30s were wonderful. I often tell people if I could pick an age to stay at permanently it would be 35. And not because my life was perfect then — it wasn‘t— but I finally felt like I knew enough to make good decisions. I felt comfortable being me. 5y

TrishB @laurenbescoby when I got to the end of each week when they were little and we were all still alive and mostly unscathed I would consider it a win! It‘s the drama that increases as they get older. Look after yourself - you need to when looking after others even more ❤️ 5y
