Not my favorite book or character, but Eve grew on me (though surprisingly, Kristoff is my favorite here). The story felt too long, with at least one too many steps. It‘s a solid installment but not a great one. This is my May #doublespin and one for #seriesread2022

Picked up this series again after a long hiatus and am really enjoying it! Been sick in bed all day with this one for company.

This was my most anticipated book of the series. I was super excited to learn more about Eve and unfortunately this was not an easy read. The switching perspective between the Nix and Eve made it hard to follow when I was only reading a couple chapters at a time. Over all the story line was okay, but definitely my least favorite in the series so far.

Eve is my favourite witch in the Women of the Otherworld series (technically she is a half-demon, half black witch, plus an angel and/or a ghost depending on the time of year... so maybe she counts as both?). She is kick ass, a great mum even from beyond the grave, and so fun to go on an adventure with! 🙂❤️🎃👻
