TobeyTheScavengerMonk @TheSpineView Budget cuts mean my old position is now folded into someone else‘s job, so I found out 2 weeks ago that I‘ll be teaching 8th grade English. I‘ve been moving out of my old classrooms at 2 other schools and moving into this one. No fun during the summer! 5y

8th Grade Superzero | Olugbemisola Rhuday-Perkovich

Today was a good day. Went with the 8th grade teacher and her class for a retreat day at Fort Miley. We did a ropes course, ate lunch, processed our experiences, and bonded and laughed and were brave. All with this beautiful view in the background. Grateful for my work today 🙌🏻.

Now I️ need to prepare for tonight‘s book club!
