Not sure if I‘m gonna make 24 hours - not much time left now. But I‘m gonna try for 24b4monday! This one was okay. There were some funny parts and interesting ideas about bucket lists and living life to its fullest, but in some ways I felt like it needed more of a revelation in the end. I didn‘t see what the impact of this was really, but I did laugh at a few parts. (My other reading buddy in the background, my cat, Bull).

I have a love/hate relationship with this author but I have to say that this one was funnier than her last. Her first few books were hilarious.

Feeling inspired.

It has been a very slow reading month for me. This is less then half of my usual number of books. It has been so busy around here. Breathing Under Water was the very best book I read this month. I also really enjoyed I Regret Nothing, which was a pleasant surprise. #bestofnovember #photoadaynov16

Typical Saturday night. I'm curling up with a new ebook. I like Jen Lancaster, but I find her newer books can be hit or miss, so I usually borrow them from the library first. *fingers crossed* Hoping for a hit.

A glass of unsweet tea, even though I am a Georgia girl. (I would rather eat my calories) Waiting on chicken enchiladas at my favorite restaurant and then back to work.

Well, it's Monday and time to get back to the gravel pit. I hear Mr. Slate a-calling.
