The end of #bfcr2 saw me scrambling to use farmers market produce, and I'm excited that I used the entire vegetable with this carrot top pesto and chimichurri. It was a busy week and I know that I didn't stick to my goals 100% but I did stay active and I made some good food choices. 2/12 books read. #bfc #bookfitnesschallenge @wanderinglynn

ferskner @BooksForEmpathy right now I want to eat the pesto with a spoon, so I might just dress some gemelli with it. The chimichurri might go in a bean salad for the 4th? The acidity sounds good soaked into some cannellini beans. 5y
