bookwyrm7 I was wondering when this would come up. I completely agree, some things didn't age well. I think there should be a balance between what is removed and adapted, but we should definitely strive to reduce the racism as much as possible. I think that Pipi will still be a great story without certain parts, so it would actually make it better without taking anything of value from it. 3w

During the summer I am tasked with taking the kids to the library to read. While they read, I take that time to browse and find books that I have not had the chance to read. That is how I discovered Harry Potter 4 years a go or so...so, today‘s pick? Pippi Longstocking. I remember seeing the movie as a kid. I‘m excited to experience the book. #childrenbooks
