My last post for #BFCr3 #bookfitnesschallenge
In the last 6 weeks I have loved my 2 hrs of art a week. Most weeks I did more than that. My exercise has been pretty steady. Me and my fitness watch are well acquainted. I have been keeping up with my meditation. I managed 11 out of the 15 books I was originally planning. But I'm okay with that. All in all it was a great experience. Thanks for setting it up @wanderinglynn 😸

Round 2 Plans:
Read 11 books,
Exercise 5xs a week either 20 to 30 mins or 3000 steps,
Meditate 3xs a week,
Low sugar and low carb diet,
And drink more water

I did manage to eat better, but I do need to drink more water though. Not a bad week overall. 539 pt total 👾

Week 2 of #BFC went pretty well.
Meditation 2/3
Exercise 3/5
2 more books completed, so I am 4/5 total. The last book Real Murders was good.
I did cut back on sugar and not go salt crazy ✔
Litsy support ✔✔ given & received
Although I did miss some goals I did eat a lot healthier. Next week however I plan to do more exercise and meditation. My total is 533 pts.
I'm really enjoying seeing everyone's posts.
