After a long day yesterday I was too tired for #hyggehourreadathon but made up for it today by taking an extended walk and stopping to smell the flowers. Sadie enjoyed the springtime flowers as well.

pickSeized the opportunity to read this delightful book which was returned early by a library patron. Since it is an ILL, I tried to finish it quickly. A lovely, simple tale about the value of being loved and appreciated for who you are. Mrs Harris‘ honestly is so refreshing!
pickWhat a delightful little story about an English char woman who decides she will do whatever it takes to earn herself a Dior dress—and all the lives she changes in the midst of it. Sometimes I want a story that leaves me in happy tears and this was it! Lovely illustrated vintage edition!!!
This is the HALLMARK movie of books. Such a charming and cozy story. I absolutely adored Mrs. Harris and her adventure. I want to be best friends with her. She is so much fun. 4.5 out of 5.
