I hadn't read the first in this series and was able to catch on quickly. It was hard to get started. The last 150 pages drew me in and keep me going!

Really crazy story. The perspective changes each chapter between the murdered girl days before the murder and her sister after the murder. Slowly the stories start to come together.

I was entraced by the middle of the book. I struggled with the corruption story line at the beginning and end, however my loyalty to the characters kept me going!
