This novel is a slow burn type of romance between two characters. Definitely a power dynamic between Jo and Emma.

My second audio book. The voice actress did a wonder job portrayal of 16 year old Bailey's angst and Hannah's overwhelming sense of calm.
This novel packed many gems of insight regarding relationships and what we know to be true about a person.

Honestly, can't deal with stubborn characters. Even thought the author does a wonderful job of telling you why that is, Jessica (self-coping mechanisms, and troubled past) tests the waters (and then some). 💍Dr. Sexy Andrew though 👨🏻‍⚕️ doesn't seem to mind. (Okay, but I Do!) Read it or don't, it's still cute tho. 🤪

Okay, I enjoyed how the author described this seemingly innocent looking Nanny. If I say more I will spoil the interactions amongst the characters. It had me at the edge of my seat 🛋️

Lately, I've been drawn to the romantic comedy novels with a 🔥level spice of neutral. The last part of the book seemed rushed, and wrapped up with a pretty bow 🎀. I do however, I appreciate when authors creatively write desireable characterists of it's male characters. 🏈+🩰=📝

I did make of the things Ms. Boody wrote in the first chapters. This book will allow you to tap into what your attached style is and what it says about you in order to become a potential boo. Shan has her own YouTube channel and has accolades on relationship advice. 🔥🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥🔥🌈🌈🌈

Ugh 😫 this book drags with zero connection between the characters, relationships, and dialogue. The characters are only relevant to one another because of too many shared traumatic experiences. More importantly, the characters didn't move forward in their lives because the author wrote a built up of secrecy as a plot twist reveal 🤷‍♀️.The author's writing is scattered, phrases are outdated just like the characters.

I love how the self search allows for the character Noni to define what pleasure looks like, what it means, and where she stands on taking her life to new heights after a failed marriage, a miscarriage, and failed hookups. Noni embarks on a journey where "I feel more myself when I was led by pleasure". ?‍♀️??

This book revealed ageism, even though it had a strong focus on "Millennials" it definitely covered the expectations of how we need to look like and demand to keep up with being "considered feminine but non threatening". ??+?=?‍♀️

Honestly, annoyed that this platform since a picture of Mexican Gothic did not populate with the search under the title.
Anyway, I struggled to complete the book simply because it seemed like it packed a lot of action in the beginning, however in the middle of book the paragraphs dragged a bit with filler sequencing by writing in two characters to get to the history of the house aka high place. 🐍💀🍄👻+📖📑🙅🏽‍♀️=🇲🇽🥀

It was a slow start, but the characters made living in WWII an art form. Post WW2, Barrie Ann Blythe finds herself lonely yet independent from her estranged husband. As she walks with her dog one morning, she makes a discovery. Soon Barrie Ann finds help and guidance from her queer artist Aunt. I recommend this book!

This books is purely based on your moral and finances. Is it a bit old fashioned in it's wording? Yes. Is it worth it? Meh. Is it realistic? Not at all.
It's a good book on taking the initiative on tackling debt. Debt is what keeps people from achieving their financial goal..duh. This book is about living with contentment and holding our selves accountable in terms of "finances". ?

I suggest when reading this book becoming familiarized with English terminology is a must. Just like her previous HP series, in this novel Rowling offers a refreshing view of the characters, they never merely exist. Each character is purposeful to the next action and storytelling of the satirically situations we find ourselves in.

Texreader This is such a good book. About a thousand characters (I exaggerate a little), but it takes a while to get them all straight. But I did ❤️ this book. 6y
