I started [The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue] on Kindle when it came out but I lost interest. Weeks later, I got it on Audible... still wasn't captivated.

I know some books just won't do it for you and that's OK, but I like Schwab so I want to try again (+ I know someone who likes it).

Also, I got this special edition for my birthday back in December and it's not cheap, lol.

Okay I have to admit that I switched from kindle book to audiobook after a few chapters because I wasn‘t in the “reading” mood. BUT THIS book right here is amazing and the narrator is fabulous. Hands down, one of my favorites this year. Highly recommend!

This one was nominated for GR awards in fantasy.
It is January pick in our book club and will be my first time reading Victoria Schwab.

I feel like there is a lot of wasted potential in this book. The author could have done a lot more with the premise and it was a bit slow. Considering Addie has already lived for 300 years, not much excitement was happening.
