The story of Marianne and Elinor is amazing! They are sisters yet completely different. They recently moved with their mother and youngest sister to a new home after some family issues. I remember gasping with these characters at surprises. I remember crying with these characters as their hearts broke. Jane Austen knows how to write a damn good book full of love, hate, classy ladies, and angst.

The section on the Mortal Instruments series was amazing! The few sentences that mentioned life post Dark-War really made me smile. It's nice to know their story hasn't ended yet.

The bit on the Dark Artifices was nice as well! I'm about to start Lady Midnight so getting to these characters before I start that book was cool! I already have knowledge of their personalities before going in.

Picked this up in audiobook form. Loving it so far!

The love I have for this book is one of those epic love stories you hear about in other books. I am the girl who is knocked completely off kilter by a man, and the man in this case is the book. The angst between these two made me sit on the edge of my seat! Audrey has written a masterpiece and this is definitely on my list of favorite books I have read this year.

This is one for the ages. It's been a while since closing a book that I have felt out of sorts and heavy hearted. Something about this story that Becky has created is going to stick with me. I have grown attached to these characters. Laughed and cried with them. It has been a long, long time since I have felt this way about a book. Just the beauty of the characters and their interactions with each other makes me me so happy.

The only, minor, issue that I had in this book was that it seemed SO drawn out. I'm so happy that Emma and her friends, Harriet and Jane, have found happiness and are going to be getting their own happy endings. Such a light hearted story that made me smile, laugh, and gasp in shock and pout in sadness. I will recommend this book to everyone as their first Jane Austen book if they have ever read one of her novels before.

Three Dark Crowns is the story of three sisters, triplets, separated at the age of 6 in order to begin their respective training for the crown. Mira is an elemental. Kat is a poisoner. Arsinoe is a naturalist. The three of them are to perfect their skills in order to kill the other two so the remaining sister can be crowned queen of their island. I devoured this book. Any spare time I was spent in the pages or listening to the audiobook.

Baby Anderson has had it rough! That's a nice way to describe the hand she was dealt. I loved this book. While, I did have some issues with the parental figures, I knew why things had to be that way. I expected so much out of the mother but the father was a different story. I'm glad things ended so well for Baby because I did start rooting for her before the half way point of this book. She deserved her happy ending.

Pride should never be limited to one month. You should have pride in who you are celebrate where you come from all twelve months. Own who you are.

This book is such a gorgeous naked book. I wondering if it's as good as it looks!

This book was a rollercoaster! Laurie is one of my favorite authors of all time but this was probably my least favorite.

I wanted to like this book so, so much but there was just something about it that kept me from liking it. The idea of having mechanical organs in a steampunk setting was right up my ally but ugh... Not a good book.

This is the first time I'm reading (listening) this book all the way through and I love it so much! Yet, the loss of the star is because of Mrs. Bennett. I actually took two because she and Lydia bothered me so much but Mr. Bennett and Mr. Darcy makes me smile so they gained a star back! Ah, it's such a good book.

Even though I have only read the first one, I know this is going to be a series that I love so much.

You need to read this book. Dimple is everything a bullheaded teenager should be. Sure of herself yet still respectfully fighting what her parents want. Rishi is just the sweetest. My heart ached for him the whole time I was reading because I wanted him to be fully happy. I know being with Dimple made him happy but he deserved to do what he wants in life as well! I do love happy endings but this might have been better if things ended differently.
