The Egg and I | Betty MacDonald
post image

I know this is late, but here goes:
1. Jane Eyre
2. The Egg and I by Betty MacDonald. I read it for a report and discovered one of my all-time favorite books!
3. High school was a long time ago, but I don‘t think I read Fahrenheit 451, which I love!
4. Our school gave us different treats every day, my students gave me notes, and local restaurants gave us free meals all week. Not too shabby!

1. Miss Frizzle
2. There‘s so many! I‘ve loved almost every book I‘ve been assigned. Except for The Mystery Of Edwin Drood.
3. The tagged book.
4. I‘m on the Teacher Appreciation Week committee at the infant-Kprep daycare, and we have chair massages scheduled for our staff. Plus drawings from the families to decorate halls, flowers for kids to give their teachers, and a potluck breakfast provided by families!

CSeydel I loved Witch of Blackbird Pond! 6y
mrsmarch @CSeydel I did too, once I read it (as an adult)! But it wasn‘t required in school. It was optional and I read something else. 6y

2. The Scarlet Letter, because of the wonderful teacher who taught us about it
3. Hmmm... I took English lit classes for electives so I read quite a few classics!
