Wow! I just got the most wonderful care package from my fellow #CampLitsy counselor! Thank you so much Helen! 💜🐿 Molly already loves the squeaky toy from Henry, and I can‘t wait to try the beauty masks. I‘m sending a video of Molly with the toy to your email. 🐶😘

squirrelbrain You‘re more than welcome Meg! I look forward to seeing the video of Molly! 🐶 🐿😘 6mo
BarbaraBB Wow, such a sweet gift. Helen is such a great friend! 🤍 6mo

Megabooks @squirrelbrain I hope you got them this morning! Molly is obsessed with Pippa the squirrel! I had to give her a British sounding name. 😉 (She has Harry the Elephant and Fred the ball as far as other creatively named toys. 🤣🤣) (edited) 6mo
Megabooks @BarbaraBB she truly is!! 6mo
Megabooks @TrishB yes definitely 💜 6mo
squirrelbrain Morning Meg! Yes, I did get the videos thank you - so cute! I‘m going to write back shortly… and Pippa is such a cute name! 6mo
Cinfhen That‘s SO SWEET @squirrelbrain I LOVE the name Pippa 🫶🏼Just wanted to let you know E has arrived and he has the gift but won‘t let me have it until my bday 🙃 Thanks so much!! Now I have two gifts one from Helen too that I‘m itching to open but waiting because it‘s more fun to open on your bday (edited) 6mo
Megabooks @squirrelbrain so glad you enjoyed the videos!! I will write back soon. I was a bit stymied today by some anesthesia for a procedure on my toe. I always have a terrible reaction to lidocaine, but the alternative for minor surgery isn‘t fun either! This is a new doctor and I keep trying to make him understand I need 1/3 to 1/2 of what other people do! Sigh. 6mo
Megabooks @Cinfhen wasn‘t it wonderful? Molly loves Pippa! So glad my gift is there! Everything is wrapped if you want to open the outside or you can wait. Be cautious cutting into the bubble wrap though. See what I said to Helen ⬆️. I intended to send emails this evening, but I ended up passed out with lidocaine after effects. I just hate having to negotiate that with a new provider. Now I‘m awake but have the creepy crawlies. 👎🏻👎🏻⬇️ 6mo
Megabooks @Cinfhen I have three hours of therapy with dad in Evansville tomorrow and one hour I‘m going to head over to do my vagus nerve therapy in the next town. It hit me really hard over the weekend with unrelenting leg pain. (I think I mentioned that.) I hope I didn‘t make the wrong decision doing very new treatment for it, but in for a Penny as they say. Also this new release audiobook is awesome if you can find it on scribd!! 6mo
Megabooks @Cinfhen just realized I did a lot of complaining. Sorry. 😕 6mo
squirrelbrain Ugh, why do doctors never listen. Hope you‘re feeling better soon. 6mo
Megabooks @squirrelbrain idk! But I‘m feeling better today. Just tired from taking dad to therapy for three hours an hour drive each way! 6mo
Megabooks @squirrelbrain I‘m not sure how it works with the NHS, but in the American healthcare system, many doctors and hospitals have left small towns and not been replaced or been replaced by nurses with extra training (Nurse Practitioners or NPs). My GP doctor retired last year and now my main healthcare provider is an NP. And all my doctors are in Indiana now about 30 min-1 hour away. Same with dad. So we waste a lot of time each week in travel. 👎🏻 6mo
squirrelbrain We do have NPs in GP practices - they can issue prescriptions etc. In the NHS you register with a GP practice and then they refer you on to the nearest (or maybe not so near if specialist) hospital if needed. 6mo
Megabooks @squirrelbrain I think not controlling where you‘re sent for for regular or specialty care scares a lot of Americans. But I think few people think about the choices we are forced to make about where they receive care based on what insurance will allow. I think your system, while it has drawbacks, is better overall than ours. Plus it is A LOT less costly. (edited) 6mo

Great instructions, unless you love books. 🙃
#pocket #poetrymatters @TheSpineView

GingerAntics But my heart beats loudly for the books. Technically, if you count ebooks, they are light in my pocket when they‘re on my phone. 🤣😂🤣 7mo
Ruthiella You just need one good sized pocket! 😆 7mo
Graywacke How do you find so many wonderful poems? 6mo
merelybookish @Graywacke I have lots of poems in my email that I've saved over the years. Also from a great site called A Year Of Being here. 6mo

When your toddler decides your books need a bath....😖

Hubs' response: was it expensive? Can you order a new one?

Not the point, sunshine. Not the point

DinoMom Oh kids…. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 11mo

This title and the bright cover caught my attention at the bookstore today. This and another purchase called Breakfast With Buddha are the latest additions to my TBR list. 😄

As much as I love crime stories, sometimes it's the stupid ones that are the best. Yesterday's story damn near killed me 🤣🤣

I need this to be a comic or something. Deez Nuts: attack squirrel - the meanest motherf*cker in the woods.

@LeahBergen It's the gift that just keeps on giving!

vivastory @LeahBergen although the year is half over I need this in my life 😂 2y
FantasyChick @vivastory It's perfect! Most of it are some serious crime stories but there are some real gems in there too 😆 2y

A rare second sequel that feels even fresher than the prior, Pocket‘s continuing adventures through the Bard‘s world is a fond pageant you must see.
