Pickpick

#Pemberlittens #JaneAdjacent #retelling I really enjoyed this Emma retelling. Emma was flawed but really likeable and I commiserated with her more often than not. The writing was very well done and I really fell for the romance between Knightley and Emma. It was believable and sweet. I will definitely pick up Darcy‘s book when it comes out.

Librarybelle Thanks for leading us through this! 1mo
mcctrish I did like this a lot, I thought it was a well done modernized Emma. I thought the love parts could have been more original and less formulaic ( and I know this is more a me thing than everybody) 1mo

LiseWorks Yes I'm curious about Darcy too, 1mo
willaful @mcctrish An us thing. 😁

I do think the modernization was well done. Present day Mr. Wodehouse was very believable. 😂

CatLass007 @Librarybelle @mcctrish @LiseWorks @willaful @rubyslippersreads @julieclair For those of you who have expressed interest in William Darcy‘s story, Elizabeth of East Hampton is scheduled for release on August 6th of this year. The description sounds very funny. (edited) 1mo
