This is the 5th book in the William Warwick series. I have read the whole series and also the Clifton Chronicles. Archer is very adept at storyteller so I have enjoyed all these books. Miles Faulkner has been imprisoned for art fraud. Princess Di is also in the book and The Royalty Protection Command is guarding her. There are many twists and turns make this an interesting read.

EadieB I am now looking forward to the next book in the series. I would like to thank NetGalley and Harper Collins for a copy for an honest review. 2mo

The millionaire art collector, Miles Faulkner, was convicted of forgery and theft. He was pronounced dead two months ago. So why is his unscrupulous lawyer still representing a dead client? On an ocean liner heading towards New York, the battle for power is about to turn to murder. At the heart of the investigations are Detective Chief Inspector William Warwick and ex-undercover agent Ross Hogan.

EadieB Can they catch the killers before it‘s too late? This is a story of murder, revenge and betrayal and is well-written with interesting characters and twisting plots. Jeffrey Archer is a master storyteller and his books are always page turners. If you like murder and intrigue then you will enjoy this book. 11mo

EadieB This book holds your attention from the beginning but to properly understand what is going on, you need to read this series by starting with Book 1. The series is well-written with interesting characters and twisty plots. The final page makes you want to immediately read the next book. A very entertaining series. 13mo

Jeffrey Archer's Hidden in Plain Sight is the second novel in the William Warwick series featuring Detective William Warwick, a character from his series The Clifton Chronicles. William has been promoted to Detective Sergeant. He has been reassigned to the Drugs Squad. They are tasked with apprehending Khalil Rashidi, a notorious drug dealer. William runs into old enemies.

EadieB Adrian Heath is now a street dealer. Financier Miles Faulkner makes a mistake that could finally see him put behind bars. William and his fiancée Beth enjoy making preparations for their upcoming wedding. This book is not a detective story but a story about Detective Warwick. It is a family saga with interesting characters. 13mo
EadieB The book ends on a cliffhanger and I can't wait to read the next book, Turn a Blind Eye. Jeffrey Archer is a great storyteller and if you haven't read his Clifton Chronicles, now is the time to do that. You will get so much more out of this book if you start with that series. 13mo
TheAromaofBooks Woohoo!! 13mo

This is the 3rd book of the DI William Warwick series, where on one hand William is trying to apprehend the escaped Miles Faulkner and on the other, preparing for the trail of drug lord Assem Rashidi. The irrascible Booth Watson QC is appearing for both criminals and is mounting a spirited defence. Twists at every turn!!

Day 16 - #Top20Series #20Days20Series
#CliftonChroniclesSeries #JeffreyArcher

An excellent series with a cliffhanger at the end of each book making you want to read the next book right away. The William Warwick Chronicle is a spinoff of the Clifton Chronicles. I need to check these books out.

Andrew65 I loved the Clifton Chronicles, in places had me in tears and the last one especially. I also want to check the spin off. 2y
EadieB @Andrew65 Possibly we should group read them with the LibraryThing group since we read the Clifton Chronicles with them. 2y
